Laser profile cutting

For laser cutting of pipes and profiles, we use the ADIGE LT FIBER EVO machine, which allows us to process a wide range of tubes, hollow sections, and open profiles such as L, C, and U shapes.

Maximum cutting thickness:

up to 8 mm for structural steel
up to 5 mm for stainless steel
up to 5 mm for aluminium alloys
up to 3 mm for copper
up to 4 mm for brass

Profile dimensions:

circular: ⌀ from 12 to 152.4 mm
square: side length from 12 to 120 mm
rectangular and flat oval: circumscribed circle of ⌀ 170 mm, with a minimum of 10 mm and a maximum side length of 140 mm, and a maximum difference between sides of 110 mm
loading and unloading length for profiles: up to 6500 mm
